All my questions were answered even before I asked. I definitely had a limited budget and they understood this.. Was able to match me with very good pair of hearing aides and suppllies for less than $2000. The best part was demonstrating on my ears how the aid would feel and the awesome improvement in hearing!

Very professional. Created a safe environment considering the pandemic. Impressed that Dr. Koch is mentoring students of audiology. Equally impressed that this office has received "The Best Bedside Manners" regional reward every year since 2015. My GP recommended them and I now know why. They patiently answered all my questions. Met with Dr.Koch and received a thorough hearing test. Discussed results and the tinnitus issue I was having. She explained the test results very well and listened to what I had to say about my issue. I never felt rushed and she answered all my questions. We discussed the best hearing aid for me and a week later I received it. In that appointment she explained everything about the aids, programmed them, and set up the app on my iPhone. Very satisfied and would recommend her.
